Your dog’s safety is the top priority of Havahart Wireless. Before you purchase and use the system, please read all of the important safety reminders to make sure you are comfortable adhering to the recommendations.

Customized Correction: You are able to customize the correction level of up to two Collars. You can choose a correction that is suitable for the size, age, and temperament of your dog(s). There are six different settings, including Tone-Only and five Static corrections. The default correction level is Tone-Only.

Wider Trigger Zone: Havahart Wireless created a wider Trigger Zone – 6 to 13 feet – to keep your dog safe and away from danger. Your dog will be corrected anywhere within this 6 – 13 feet zone.

Boundary Breach Alerts: If your dog does breach the Boundary, an audible alert will trigger on your Controller and notify you within your home.

Safety Time-Out: A 30-second time-out feature is a standard feature with Havahart Wireless dog fences. You set the Collar to tone or one of the five Static correction levels. Your dog will stop being corrected after 30-seconds or when they return back to the Roaming Area.

The accompanying Instruction Manual and Quick Setup Guide make setting up this wireless dog fence fast. Setup typically takes about an hour from opening the box to testing the Fence Boundary.

There is no guess work! The easy-to-read digital LCD screen lets you set the desired distance of your Fence Boundary and set the customized correction levels for up to two dogs in just a few simple steps. With Boundary Breach Alerts and the ability to monitor Battery life, you can keep track of what is most precious to you. It’s that easy!

Proper training of your dog is the most crucial element to ensure the safe and successful operation of your Havahart Wireless Dog Fence. Training will take approximately three weeks to complete. This allows your dog time to understand the Training Flags and Trigger Zone associated with the correction being issued by the Collar.

For your dog’s safety, it is vet-recommended that the collar not be worn for longer than 12 consecutive hours.

Water Resistant Collar – The Radial-Shape2 Collar is water resistant, which enables it to handle splashes from puddles and the water bowl. This is not the same as waterproof. Havahart Wireless does not recommend submersing the Collar completely in water.

Collar Strap and Fit – The Radial-Shape 2 Wireless Dog Fence from Havahart Wireless features a heavy gauge nylon webbed Collar strap that houses the patented antennas. This water resistant Collar has a sturdy snap buckle and fits dogs with neck sizes ranging from 14 to 26 inches. The Collar is also lightweight, weighing just 4.2 ounces. If you need a smaller size collar, Havahart Wireless does have a small dog system available (5134GS2), which features the same size housing; the difference lies in the Collar construction and strap size.

Name Your Collars – During setup of your Radial-Shape2 Wireless Fence System, you can name the Collar so if you’re containing more than one dog, all correction settings can be customized and you clearly understand which Collar goes to which dog.

Battery – The Collar requires one rechargeable Battery for operation. Battery life is dependent on the activity level of your dog and the length of time the system is on, however, a Battery will typically last for one to three days. Two Batteries come with the system so you can always keep one charged.
